Tile & Grout Cleaning Riverside CA
Due to its versatility and durability, tile flooring is increasingly becoming more popular in both the residential and commercial atmosphere. Although, like carpets and other types of flooring, tile needs professional attention from time to time with cleaning. Tile is commonly found in entries, restrooms, kitchens, and other high traffic areas of homes and businesses.
When it comes to cleaning the #1 challenge is always the grout lines. Microscopic pores allow dirt and other contaminates to become trapped in the grout. Routine mopping is ineffective at cleaning the grout lines. The dirt continues to build up on the spores and texture of the tile, leaving the tile and grout looking dark, dirty, and discolored. This dirty grout build-up also is an excellent breeding ground for bacteria, mold and mildew.
Hand scrubbing with harsh cleaners can be ineffective, not to mention, time consuming and extremely labor intensive. Dave the Carpet Cleaner can restore the natural beauty of your tile and grout being the latest cleaning technology and steam cleaning extraction system.
My Cleaning System
I use a high pressure, high temperature cleaning method with spinning spraying action contained under a negative pressure hood system, powered by a truck mounted machine. I clean with a steady supply of clean 230 degree water that is removed under vacuum pressure. This system helps dissolve and extract the dirt out of the tile and grout. This process allows me to remove years of build up from your tile and grout.
I can also apply a protective sealer to help protect and extend the life of your tile and grout.
My Process
Step 1: Pre-Inspection & Testing
I will inspect your floor to determine expected cleaning results.
Step 2: Vacuum Floor
Your floor will be vacuumed to remove loose debris.
Step 3: Apply Grout Cleaner
Grout will be treated with a top quality cleaner made especially for grout.
Step 4: Truck mounted Hot Water Extraction
This step provides a super rinse. The unlimited supply of hot water and the powerful extraction takes the soil back to the truck. A mop and bucket won’t do this!
Step 5: Speed Dry
A high velocity air mover is placed on the floor to speed dry it.
Step 6: Apply Grout Sealer
A premium grout sealer is applied.
Step 7: Post Inspection
A final inspection is done to ensure your complete satisfaction!

There are many companies out there that claim to be experts in tile and grout cleaning and, of a truth, their service usually works quite well. However, it takes a real, well-trained, experienced tile and grout cleaning expert to handle those unforeseen tile and grout issues that occasionally arise. If the company that you choose to clean your tile and grout is unable to handle the unusual issues that might arise, you may find yourself unsatisfied with their service and come to feel as if you have wasted your money and time.
