How to Dry Wet Carpet
If you have a small area rug or carpet that is wet, the best thing to do it is remove it from the floor and hang or lay it outside until it dries completely. However, if you are dealing with wet wall-to-wall carpet, or a carpet piece that is too large to remove, you may need to try to dry it where it is. Continue reading story…

Did You Know We Clean Tile, Grout & Glass?
When cleaning tile and grout, we use a high pressure, high temperature cleaning method with spinning spraying action contained under a negative pressure hood system, powered by a truck mounted machine. We clean with a steady supply of clean 230 degree water that is removed under vacuum pressure. This system helps dissolve and extract the dirt out of the tile and grout and allows us to remove years of build up from your tile and grout.
We can also apply a protective sealer to help protect and extend the life of your tile and grout.
And, we can clean your glass shower doors to make everything sparkle!

Happy Throwback Thursday!
In 1907, James Murray Spangler, a janitor in a Canton, Ohio department store, concluded that the carpet sweeper and broom he used were the source of his asthmatic cough so he began to experiment with a better type of sweeping apparartus. He salvaged an old fan motor and attached it to a soap box affixed to a broom handle. Using a pillow case as a dust collector on the contraption, Spangler invented a portable electric vacuum cleaner.
He then improved his basic model — the first to use both a cloth filter bag and cleaning attachments — and received a patent in 1908. He formed the Electric Suction Sweeper Company.
One of the first buyers was a cousin, whose husband, William H. Hoover, later became the president of the Hoover Company, with Spangler as superintendent. Sluggish sales were given a kick by Hoover’s 10 day, free home trial, and eventually there was a Hoover vacuum cleaner in nearly every home.
